Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Bedford Acupuncture, every treatment is personalized to your unique health goals. As our services are based on professional time, expertise, and individualized care, all appointments, treatment packages, and services are non-refundable.

 

Results vary from person to person, and while we are committed to providing the highest standard of care, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

 

We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or late arrivals may be charged the full appointment fee.

 

Treatment packages, gift certificates, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Opened skincare products, supplements, and herbal products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless required by law.
